A HOLISTIC APPROACH TO HEALING

My approach recognizes the connection between the mind, body, emotions, and nervous system.

Depending on your needs, therapy may incorporate:

Mindfulness
Learning to become more present and develop greater awareness of thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations.

Somatic Approaches
Using awareness of the body and nervous system to help recognize and regulate stress responses.

CBT & DBT-Informed Strategies
Building practical skills for managing thoughts, emotions, relationships, and daily stress.

Attachment-Informed Therapy
Understanding how past relationships and experiences may influence current patterns.

EMDR

EMDR & Trauma-Informed Therapy

You don't have to keep feeling stuck in the same patterns.

Sometimes we understand intellectually what happened—but our body and nervous system continue to respond as if we are still in danger.

Therapy can help you process what you've experienced, develop healthier patterns, and move toward greater emotional freedom.

EMDR THERAPY

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based approach that can help the brain process distressing or traumatic experiences.

EMDR may be helpful when you are experiencing:

  • Anxiety and overwhelming thoughts

  • Trauma and difficult past experiences

  • Grief and loss

  • Chronic stress

  • Relationship difficulties

  • Life transitions

  • Feeling emotionally "stuck"

  • Low self-worth or negative beliefs about yourself

  • Medical or healthcare-related trauma

  • Distressing memories

  • Chronic pain and the emotional impact of pain

  • Emotional responses that feel bigger than the current situation
